I am embarking on the Final Draft of Public Key.

What number draft is it? Who knows – I don’t count.

If I had to count? Either 6 or 9, depending on how stringent my not-counting.

How do I know it’s the Final Draft? BECAUSE AFTER THIS I NEVER WANT TO SEE THE DAMN THING AGAIN HELL ASS BALLS ETC

What am I doing with this redraft? Well.

Here I thought I’d post my to-do list – copypasta’d right out of publics.txt – if only to show yet another side of the Portrait of the Art as it is Young. These are the things which, when I finish them, I’ll call the draft well-edited, like wood that has had the grain opened and a coat or three applied. Then go through it from the beginning, as well as I can, polish what needs polishing, and seal the wood.
