this week in mixology:

“AUTUMNAL EQUINOX”

1 part calvados
1 part spiced rum
1 part Laphroaig
1 part maple syrup
-shake with ice; strain into Collins glass; top with gingerbeer

“RED VESPER”
-3 parts Hendrick’s
-1 part Tanqueray Rangpur
-half a measure of Lillet Rouge
-shake and/or stir

“EASTERN PROM”
1 part amaretto
1 part Campari
2 parts genever
3 parts red vermouth
juice of 1/2 lime
four frozen raspberries
-serve in footed glass with egg white whip and saba sgraffito

“WESTERN PROM”
2 parts Tandem espresso
3 parts kale
-serve with flannel
